Acceptable Use Policy

Hausplat is for showing properties and spaces in 3D. This policy sets out what you can and can't upload, and it applies to everything: the videos you upload, the tours generated from them, edits made in the studio and the videos you export. It is part of the Terms of Service.
What Hausplat is for
For filming and showing houses, apartments, shops, offices, construction sites and other spaces. Videos must be of places you have the right to film and show.
Sexual and NSFW content: prohibited
Sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content and nudity are not allowed anywhere in the service: not in the videos you upload, the tours generated from them, edits or exported videos. This includes pornography, sexual acts, nudity, provocative poses or scenes, and any sexual content created or edited with the studio.
Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited: we remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities.
Other prohibited content
- Graphic violence, content that incites hatred or discrimination, or content used to harass someone.
- People filmed without their consent, or other people's personal data in view, such as documents or screens, without their permission.
- Places filmed without permission from the owner or whoever is entitled to give it.
- Illegal content, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights.
- Tours edited to mislead about the real condition of a property, for example removing damage to hide it from a buyer or tenant.
People in videos
Film rooms empty. If someone appears, they must agree to being shown in the tour. If something or someone shouldn't appear, you can remove it with the studio before sharing the link.
How we enforce it
When you upload a video, you confirm that it complies with this policy. We review every tour that is reported to us, and we may review any video or tour when there are signs that it breaks this policy.
What happens if it is broken
We remove the content without prior notice, we may suspend or close the account, and we don't refund credits or payments used for that content. If it may be a crime, we report it to the authorities.
How to report a tour
If you see a tour that breaks this policy, email info@hausplat.com with the link. We review it within 2 business days and take it down if needed.
