Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains what data Hausplat keeps, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we keep only what the service needs to work, we show no ads and we don't sell data.

Data controller

The data controller is Julián Orlando Bermudez, based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact: info@hausplat.com.

What data we keep

  • Account: your name, email, language and password, which we store with irreversible encryption.
  • Your content: the videos you upload, the tours made from them and what you do in the studio, such as edits and camera paths.
  • Payments: Creem tells us your name, email, country, plan and payment status. Card details are handled by Creem and we never see them.
  • Technical data: your IP address and server logs, which we use for security and to find errors.

What we use it for

  • To create your account, confirm your email and let you sign in.
  • To process your videos, store your tours and show them to anyone with the link.
  • To email you when a tour is ready or fails. You can turn these emails off in Ajustes.
  • To charge for plans and keep track of your credits.
  • To answer your questions and keep the service secure.

We don't use your data for advertising, we don't sell it and we don't use your videos to train models.

Cookies

We only use the cookies the site needs to work, with no advertising or analytics cookies:

  • rs_session: keeps you signed in.
  • rs_pendiente: remembers the email you are confirming while you sign up.
  • hp_lang: remembers the language you chose.
  • rs_sidebar: remembers whether you collapsed the dashboard sidebar.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to run the service, and only what each of them needs:

  • The provider of the server that runs the website and the database.
  • Hostinger, which sends and receives email.
  • Creem, which processes payments.
  • RunPod, which rents out GPUs to process videos when more capacity is needed.

Some of these providers are outside Argentina, so your data may be stored or processed in other countries. We may also disclose data if an authority requires it with a legal order.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. We keep the original video so you can process it again, and deleting a tour deletes its files. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except payment records that the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your data by writing to info@hausplat.com, and we will reply within 10 days. You can also change your name and password in Ajustes.

If you live in Argentina, your data is protected by Law 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the authority that enforces that law, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected.

If you live in another country, for example in the European Union, you also have the rights your local law gives you, such as objecting to a use of your data or asking for it in a portable format.

Security

The website only works over HTTPS, and passwords and verification codes are stored with irreversible encryption. No system is infallible: if we detect a problem that affects your data, we will let you know.

Children

Hausplat is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly keep data about minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change it in an important way, we will email you. The date at the top shows the latest update.
