Terms of Service

Last updated: October 24, 2026

These terms govern the use of Hausplat (hausplat.com). By creating an account or buying a plan, you accept them. If anything is unclear, write to us at info@hausplat.com.

Who provides the service

Hausplat is a service provided by Julián Orlando Bermudez, based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For questions, complaints or requests, contact info@hausplat.com.

The service

Hausplat turns videos of rooms recorded with a phone into 3D tours that anyone can explore in a browser. It includes a studio to edit the tour, create camera paths and export videos.

A tour is a 3D reconstruction computed from the frames of your video: it shows what you filmed. We use machine learning models to locate the camera and estimate surfaces, but Hausplat does not generate images or spaces from text prompts. It is an approximate representation: areas the video didn't reach may have gaps or blurry patches, and it can't be used for measurements or replace a floor plan.

Processing times shown are estimates. The result depends a lot on how the video was recorded: the recording guide explains how to film so the tour comes out complete and sharp.

Your account

To use Hausplat you need an account with an email address that you confirm with a code. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for anything done from your account.

Credits

  • When you create your account, you get one credit for your first tour, free.
  • Each tour uses credits depending on the quality you choose: 1 for standard or fast, 2 for high and 5 for maximum. Editing, publishing and exporting videos does not use credits.
  • Plan credits renew with each monthly payment. Credits you don't use in a month don't roll over.
  • Extra credits, the ones you buy separately and the one for the free tour, don't expire while the account is active.
  • If processing a video fails, or you cancel it before it finishes, the credits go back to your account automatically.
  • Credits can't be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.

Plans and payments

Prices are in US dollars, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your country.

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as reseller and Merchant of Record: Creem charges you, issues the receipt and handles taxes. Hausplat never sees or stores your card details.

Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically every month until you cancel. If we change a price, we will email you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from the next renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard, under Plan y créditos, Administrar la suscripción, or by writing to info@hausplat.com. After you cancel you won't be charged again, and you can keep using the credits of the month you already paid until that period ends. Your published tours keep working.

Refunds

If a payment was made by mistake or the service didn't work as you expected, write to us at info@hausplat.com within 14 days of the payment. If you haven't used the credits from that payment, we refund it in full; if you used some of them, we review it case by case. Creem issues the refund to the same payment method, and the credits from that payment are removed from the account.

If you buy as a consumer in Argentina, you can also cancel the purchase within 10 calendar days at no cost (section 34 of Law 24,240). None of this limits the rights that consumer protection laws in your country give you.

Your content

The videos you upload and the tours made from them belong to you. You allow us to store, process and show them to anyone who has the link, only to provide the service. We don't use them for anything else or show them anywhere else without your permission.

By uploading a video, you confirm that you have the right to film and share that place, and that the people who appear in it agree.

Acceptable use

What you can and can't upload is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. In short, you may not use Hausplat to:

  • Upload videos or generate tours with sexually explicit or sexually suggestive (NSFW) content, or nudity. This is prohibited without exception.
  • Upload illegal or violent content, or content that invades other people's privacy.
  • Film places without permission from whoever is entitled to give it.
  • Try to access other people's accounts or data, or overload or attack the service.
  • Resell the service without an agreement with us.

If an account breaks these terms, we may remove content or suspend it. Unless the issue is serious or illegal, we will email you first.

Tour links

Anyone with the link to a tour can view it. Tours don't appear in search engines or public listings. You can delete a tour at any time from the dashboard.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Hausplat running, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or failures. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of any particular result.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months.

Closing your account

You can delete your tours at any time. To delete your account and all its data, write to info@hausplat.com and we will do it within 30 days. If you have a plan, cancel it first.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything important, we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless as a consumer you are entitled to the courts where you live.
